Our approach to our customers and their expectations:
- To manufacture and provide services with appropriate price and quality in our sector,
- To take precautions before errors occur, in order to ensure customer satisfaction,
- To instil the importance of quality in employees for the continuity of quality,
- To ensure development through training, continuous improvement, and efficiency,
- To comply with all applicable legal requirements, including Module B (Type Examination) and Module D (Production Quality Assurance) required by the MID (2014/32/EU) Directive, and to maintain this compliance,
- To keep the effects created by our environmental aspects during our production activities at the lowest level through corrective and preventive actions,
- To protect the natural environment, starting primarily from our work units, and to leave a liveable nature for future generations,
- To use our energy resources efficiently,
- To reduce environmental pollution by preventing waste generation at its source or keeping it at the minimum level,
- To continuously improve our environmental performance by increasing the environmental awareness of our employees,
- To carry out our activities in accordance with environmental, Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations,
- Natek Enerji top management does what is necessary to ensure the occupational health and safety of its employees, provides the conditions, tools, and equipment completely, and all employees also;
- adopt strictly adhering to occupational health and safety rules in their work as a core principle.
- Natek Enerji adopts the principle of minimizing accidents by preventing the possibility of accidents at their source and striving to prevent occupational diseases during all its activities.
- In order to ensure the permanence, protection, and continuity of the established system and measures taken, and to ensure that the system is implemented adequately and effectively, performance is measured through internal audits and reviewed by top management.
- Objectives and targets are determined to achieve continuous improvement, Occupational Health and Safety management programs are created in line with these objectives and targets, and the authority and responsibilities of individuals are defined,
- Continuity is ensured through Training, Information, and Inspection activities. It also requests that our suppliers work in compliance with the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard.
