To overcome the disadvantages of conventional rotary meters (fluctuations and resonance), fluctuation-free rotary meters have been developed. These fluctuation-free rotary meters completely eliminate fluctuations by counteracting the characteristic sine wave and resulting resonance using two pairs of vanes with phase shift. As a result, fluctuation-free rotary meters are extremely quiet and sensitive.
Another advantage is the use of relatively short vanes. Shorter vanes do not easily deform, ensuring reliable long-term performance. Our dual meter model uses a strong hinge and hinge shaft to connect the rotor pair.
